What happened to the Nokia Care Center in Chile?

Great was my surprise to see and hear, after almost a month, the store's customer service was closed Nokia Chile. A note on the door that appears in the picture-talks only of outstanding equipment repair. Where did they go?, Why we left?.

Update: Nokia's response:

In answer to your question, please note that if you need technical assistance should be directed to the business offices of your service in case your phone is purchased this way.

If, however, released the same was purchased, must come to the point of sale it was bought. From there, Nokia be responsible for logistics of moving through the phone's technical center. Once it is repaired back to the dealer to be removed by the user.
